Delivery & Returns

DIGITAL PORTRAITS

All digital portraits are delivered by email within 48 hours of us receiving your photo and completed order details.

You'll receive a high-resolution PNG file (minimum 3000px) — print-ready and yours to keep forever.

If you haven't received your portrait within 48 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@paws4apint.co.uk and we'll resend it straight away.

PRINTED PORTRAITS (GIFT BUNDLE)

Your A3 giclée print is produced and dispatched within 2 working days of your digital portrait being approved.

UK delivery: 5–7 working days via Royal Mail tracked
International delivery: not currently available

Prints are shipped rolled in a protective tube to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. A tracking number will be emailed to you once dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering — we cannot redirect orders once dispatched.

REVISIONS

Every order includes one free revision. If anything isn't right — the likeness, colours, kit details — just reply to your delivery email within 7 days of receiving your portrait and let us know what you'd like changed. We'll turn around the revision within 48 hours.

Additional revisions beyond the first may be subject to a small fee. We'll always let you know before proceeding.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because every portrait is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds once work has started on your order.

However, we will always do our best to make things right. If you're unhappy with your portrait for any reason, please contact us at hello@paws4apint.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to find a solution.

For the Gift Bundle, if your print arrives damaged in transit, please photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement print at no cost to you.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
