Paws4aPint — Refund Policy

Custom & Personalised Products

All Paws4aPint portraits are custom made to order based on the photo and information you provide. As each portrait is unique and personalised, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been created.

We want you to love your portrait. If you're not completely happy with the result, we offer one free revision — simply reply to your order email with details of what you'd like changed and we'll sort it straight away.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads once the file has been delivered to your inbox. If there is a technical issue with your file, please contact us at hello@paws4apint.co.uk and we'll resolve it immediately.

Print Products — Mugs, Canvas, Pillows, Phone Cases, Keyrings & Coasters

If your print product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement free of charge.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on print products where the customer has changed their mind, as all products are made to order.

Wrong Information Provided

If an error in your portrait is the result of incorrect information provided at the time of ordering, we reserve the right to charge for additional revisions beyond the one free revision included with every order.
