Welcome to Paws4aPint. By placing an order or using our website at paws4apint.co.uk, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Paws4aPint is a UK based custom AI portrait business creating personalised dog portraits for customers across the United Kingdom. We can be contacted at hello@paws4apint.co.uk.
2. Our Products
All Paws4aPint portraits are created using AI image generation technology based on the photo and information you provide. Each portrait is unique and made to order. Finished portraits may differ slightly from any examples shown on our website or social media, as every dog and every portrait is different.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order you confirm that:
- You are the owner of, or have permission to use, any photos submitted to us
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are aged 18 or over
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Photos Submitted by Customers
By submitting a photo to Paws4aPint you confirm that you own the photo or have the right to use it. We will only use your photo to create your portrait and will never share, sell or use your images for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All AI generated portraits created by Paws4aPint remain the intellectual property of Paws4aPint until full payment has been received. Once payment is confirmed, you are granted a personal licence to use, print and share your portrait for personal non-commercial use.
You may not resell, reproduce or use your portrait for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Revisions
Every order includes one free revision. If you are unhappy with your portrait please contact us at hello@paws4apint.co.uk within 7 days of delivery and we will make reasonable amendments. Additional revisions beyond the one included may be subject to a charge.

8. Delivery

9. Limitation of Liability
Paws4aPint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.
10. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely to fulfil your order and will never be sold or shared with third parties. For full details please refer to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
