Digital Downloads
Digital portrait downloads are delivered straight to your inbox via email — no waiting, no postage. Once your portrait is ready you'll receive an email from hello@paws4apint.co.uk, typically within 48 hours of placing your order.
Digital downloads are available 24/7 and are the perfect last minute gift. 🐾
Print Products — Mugs, Canvas, Pillows, Phone Cases, Keyrings & Coasters
All print products are custom made to order and shipped within the UK only.
Please allow the following timeframes from the date of your order:
- Production time: 2-5 business days
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 5-10 business days
Please note these are estimates provided by our fulfilment partners and occasional delays may occur during busy periods.
Father's Day Orders
To guarantee delivery in time for Father's Day (21st June), we strongly recommend placing all print product orders by Wednesday 11th June. Digital downloads are available instantly and can be ordered right up to Father's Day itself.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. Digital downloads are always free to deliver. ⚡
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of your estimated delivery date please contact us at hello@paws4apint.co.uk and we'll investigate straight away.

As all products are custom made to order we are unable to redirect or cancel orders once production has begun. Please double check all details at the time of ordering.
